Skin Tone
Your skin tone, or complexion, depends on the amount of melanin. Darker skin has more melanin, which offers natural protection against sun damage. Lighter skin has less melanin.

Skin Undertone
Skin undertone is the constant component of skin color, visible beneath the surface. Can be:

Warm : yellow, golden or peach base.
Cold : blue or pink base.
Neutral : combination of hot and cold.

To determine your undertone, look at the color of the veins on your wrist:
Greens : warm undertone.
Blue or purple : cold undertone.
Not determinable : neutral undertone.

Penis Skin Color
The skin on the penis tends to be darker than the rest of the body due to androgen hormones, such as testosterone, which increase melanin production during puberty.
