Metoidioplasty is a less invasive alternative to phalloplasty to create a new phallus approximately 3-6 cm in length and 1.5-2 cm in diameter.

Although it does not allow sexual penetration, the resulting neophallus fulfills most functions.

This intervention maximizes the effects of clitoral hypertrophy (bottom growth) obtained with testosterone intake.

The outer circumference measures

7.5 cm - 2.9 inches.

The maximum length is 10 cm.

The internal space is NOT customizable.

It is, in fact, a unique measure.

The metoidioplasty extender is available in two versions: circumcised and uncircumcised.

The metoidioplasty extender - must NOT tighten the genital organ, to avoid blood flow problems.

The safety of the genitals is a priority to always take into consideration and take care of.

For this reason, the opening where you insert your genitals must never be turned on itself, but simply inserted.
