These are products necessary to support the prosthesis during sexual intercourse, which cannot
be in any way replaced by alternatives such as the adhesive flap .
Harness
Our harness is designed to give the right support to the prosthesis during sexual intercourse.
It can only be used with our prostheses and is not compatible with suction cups or strap-on-dildos, as Pymander prostheses and related accessories have nothing to do with the variegated world of sex toys.
Pymharness Briefs/Boxers
Our Pymharness is a unique product of its kind, innovative, light and easy to wear and wash. The harness sewn inside the boxer/briefs guarantees maximum support for the FTM packer during the sexual act.
Front pouches FTM underwear & jockstrap
If our proposals do not meet your needs, you can use common boxers or briefs that you find on the market. Some have a front pouch where you can comfortably store the packer, without it coming into direct contact with the genitals.
The important thing is that they are snug, not too loose, so as to keep the prosthesis in place.
Open-front boxers underwear are a great choice.
