PRODUCTION TIMES
All Pymander prostheses have variable production times, indicated in the description of the individual product and in the information photos.
The prostheses ARE NOT available in stock, but created individually upon customer request.
The ECO - single-colour line prostheses have production times of 15-20 weekdays, EXCLUDING weekends.
The prostheses of the REAL line (PymTop, PymBig, The One) have indicative production times of 40-50 working days, WEEKENDS EXCLUDED.
The SKIN line prostheses (PymTop, PymBig) have variable production times based on the waiting list.
The accessories (rods, boxers, harness) have variable production times.
Boxer and Harness: about 7 working days.
Inner and Yummy Rod: 15-20 working days.
WEEKENDS EXCLUDED.
THE TIMES GIVEN ARE INDICATIVE AND MAY SUBJECT TO SLIGHT VARIATIONS.

Once the payment has been made, the order is immediately registered in our systems.

The order is processed through several stages:
Initial phase: the base of the prosthesis is created, starting from realistic casts from life.
Intermediate phase: the prosthesis is handcrafted down to the smallest detail, so as to ensure maximum realism.
Final phase: The details of the prosthesis are refined.
Stress test phase: the most important phase, during which the prosthesis is subjected to various stress situations to verify its quality and durability.
Once the prosthesis has passed the final stress test phase, it is packaged in our discreet and anonymous packaging, which keeps the individual customer's privacy safe.
Once entrusted to our freight forwarder, you will receive the consignment note via email/Whatsapp to confirm the correctness of the shipping data provided.
Shipping times depend on the courier to which the order is entrusted.

CHECK YOUR MAILBOX AND "SPAM" FOLDER!
YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED. KEEP MONITORING THE EMAIL BOX USED TO PLACE THE ORDER.

YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED BEFORE SHIPPING AND YOU WILL RECEIVE THE ORDER CONSIGNMENT LETTER TO CONFIRM THE CORRECTNESS OF THE DATA ENTERED.

TO TRACK THE SHIPMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO ENTER THE TRACEABILITY CODE ON THE WEBSITE OF THE COURIER TO WHICH THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN ENTRUSTED.

We recommend:

It is important to provide a working mobile number, which is necessary to be contacted by the courier in case of need.
BE PRESENT WHEN THE COURIER PASSES
For your protection, it is mandatory to be present when the courier passes by to sign as proof of delivery and verify the integrity of the package.
DO NOT LEAVE THE PACKAGE UNATTENDED
For security reasons, DO NOT ask the courier to leave the package in front of your house/garden/gate/condominium door.
