Information pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) no. 679/2016 ("GDPR")

With this document, we inform you that GDB, as Data Controller and in compliance with art. 13 of the 2016/679 European Regulation (called "GDPR"), electronically processes your data to respond to your requests.

The provision of data for these purposes is necessary to respond to the requests you have made.
We inform you that these data, following your consent, may be used for direct marketing activities, newsletters, sending promotional, commercial and advertising material or relating to events and initiatives through the use of automated call tools (eg e-mail , fax, sms etc.). All this in full compliance with the principles of lawfulness and correctness and the provisions of the law.

Data retention methods and retention time

The data provided will be processed only by persons authorized by us and will be communicated externally exclusively to provide operational services for the correct management of the relationship. All this always with the guarantee of protection of the rights of the interested party (to know the list of external subjects, contact the Data Controller)

Your data may ultimately be viewed by the company that manages the website limited to technical access for maintenance and server management needs.

Your information will not be disseminated.

We point out that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, pursuant to art. 5 of the GDPR, the retention period of your personal data is established for a period of time not exceeding the performance of the services provided.

The interested party has the right to obtain from the Data Controller the cancellation (according to the principle of the "right to be forgotten"), the limitation, updating, rectification, portability, opposition to the processing of personal data concerning you . As well as in general the interested party can exercise all the rights provided for by art. 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of the 2016/679 European Regulation by writing to info@motivexlab.com

The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in a clear and intelligible form.

The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
